Our 1 inch disc filter is made of high-strength engineering plastic, which is corrosion-resistant, UV resistant, and suitable for long-term outdoor use. The core filtering element is a multi-layer groove disc, which is compressed and stacked to form a three-dimensional filtering channel, achieving multi-stage filtration from coarse to fine. The precision of 120 mesh (approximately 130 microns) is marked with a red disc, ensuring excellent capture ability for small particles and organic matter, while minimizing pressure loss and maintaining a stable flow rate of 3m ³/h.

Structural composition
- Shell: High quality polypropylene (PP) integrated injection molding, black, UV resistant and aging resistant. Including inlet/outlet end (1 "external thread) and detachable filter cover, the threaded connection has good sealing and is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for various water sources and fertilizers.
- Disc filter element: The core filtering component is composed of multiple red grooved plastic discs stacked together. The precise grooves on the surface of the disc form three-dimensional filtering channels after compression, achieving deep filtration. The 120 mesh filter has a large capacity for dirt and a filtration area that exceeds that of a mesh filter of the same specification.
Installation and usage guide
- Installation is very simple: directly connect the 1 inch disc filter external thread to the pipeline system, usually placed behind the pump and in front of the valve, for use as a secondary or tertiary filter. Suggest using sand and gravel filters to further improve water quality.
- Daily maintenance:
Turn off the water source and relieve pressure.
Unscrew the filter housing.
Remove the disc pack and backwash for cleaning.
Just reassemble it.
