2 Inch Venturi Injector

The 2 inch venturi injector is optimized for medium to large-scale drip irrigation, micro-sprinkler, or sprinkler systems, with a maximum flow rate of up to 30 m³/h (approximately 500 L/min), compatible with 1700L large fertilizer tanks, and a maximum working pressure of 10 Bar. The main body is made of black, corrosion-resistant plastic, featuring a streamlined throat design and strong negative pressure fertilizer suction capacity. Accessories include a white quick-connect adapter (for connecting the fertilizer suction hose) and a standard male threaded interface for easy direct connection to a 2-inch main pipeline. The machine has a simple structure with no moving parts, is clog-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and has a long service life. It is particularly suitable for crops requiring high-concentration, high-volume fertilization, such as rice, corn, field vegetables, orchards, or economic forests.

The main water flow passes at high speed through the constricted throat of the 2 inch venturi injector, increasing the flow velocity and decreasing the static pressure, creating a significant vacuum negative pressure. This negative pressure automatically draws the fertilizer solution from the fertilizer tank through the suction hose and mixes it thoroughly with the irrigation water in the diffusion section, achieving uniform concentration and consistent distribution during irrigation. It can operate continuously and stably with only the pressure difference between the system's inlet and outlet, requiring no electricity, proportional pumps, or diaphragm pumps, resulting in near-zero operating costs.
