3 Inch Venturi Injector

The 3 inch venturi injector is suitable for large-scale drip irrigation, micro-sprinkler irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, or canal irrigation systems with flow requirements of 20-35 m³/h, with a maximum flow rate of 35 m³/h (approximately 583 L/min). It is recommended to use it with a 2200L extra-large fertilizer tank, and the maximum working pressure is 10 Bar. The main body is made of black plastic, and the streamlined design of the throat ensures stable fertilizer suction under high negative pressure. Accessories include a blue quick-connect cap (dust protection), a red flow regulating valve (with a dial for precise control of the fertilizer ratio), a transparent reinforced fertilizer suction hose, and a built-in stainless steel filter (to prevent clogging). It is an ideal device for large farms and agricultural cooperatives to achieve fertilizer and water conservation, increased yields, and environmental protection.

Test water suction before fertilizing.

Do not operate dry (start without water).

Flush with water after using acidic/corrosive fertilizers.

Winter freeze protection: Drain accumulated water.

Disassemble and inspect annually, cleaning the filter and intake.
