Product Details
This 2" automatic air release valve is a fully automatic combined kinetic air valve designed for high-flow irrigation, water supply, and industrial pipelines. The main body is made of black high-strength engineering plastic, with a 90° large elbow exhaust port at the top (wide and smooth opening). It integrates a large kinetic float and a small automatic float dual mechanism. The central hexagonal reinforced base has a 2-inch external thread interface (BSP/NPT standard), and the bottom threaded area is finely machined for reliable sealing.

C-type combined kinetic energy design: A large kinetic energy inlet (Orifice Size: 900mm²) is used to quickly expel/inhale large amounts of air during system water filling/draining; a small automatic inlet (Automatic Orifice Size: 10.2mm²) continuously expels small amounts of accumulated air during pressurized operation, achieving automatic air control under all operating conditions.
Highly durable material: High-quality engineering plastic, resistant to UV rays, chemical corrosion, aging, rust, and scaling, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
Flexible installation: 2-inch external thread, direct screw-in or installation with clamp saddle mount, suitable for various main pipe materials such as PVC, PE, and steel pipes.
