1 Inch Screen Filter

This 1 inch screen filter housing is made of high-strength plastic (PP), which is corrosion-resistant, UV resistant, and suitable for long-term outdoor use. The core filter element is a cylindrical mesh structure composed of a red plastic frame and precision stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh provides excellent strength and rust resistance, while the plastic frame ensures overall lightweight and stability. The precision of the 120 mesh red filter is about 130 microns, the filtration area is moderate, the pressure loss is small, and the flow rate is stable at 5m ³/h.

The main components of a 1 inch screen filter are:

1.Shell (filter body)

• Material: High quality polypropylene (PP) engineering plastic integrated molding, black UV resistant.
• Structure: Y-type inclined design, 1 "external thread for inlet/outlet, large screw cap at the top for quick opening and closing, and marked with water flow direction arrow.

 

2.Mesh filter element

• Structure: A cylindrical filter element made of a composite of red plastic frame and stainless steel wire mesh.
• Performance: 120 mesh stainless steel mesh, corrosion-resistant, deformation resistant, high strength, easy to clean, long service life.

• Easy installation: Simply connect the 1 "external thread to the pipeline (can be used with a female connector to connect to a PE pipe). It is recommended to place it behind the water pump or at the front end of the branch pipeline as a primary filter, and it can be used in combination with a disc filter for better results. Pay attention to installing in the direction of the arrow.
• Daily maintenance: Clean the pressure gauge when the pressure difference exceeds 0.5 bar. Step: Turn off the water source - unscrew the top cover - remove the filter element and rinse the stainless steel mesh - reassemble.
