The PVC Butterfly Valve is one of the main manually controlled valves in our irrigation systems, specifically designed for large-diameter, low- to medium-pressure piping systems. It is integrally injection molded from high-strength, corrosion-resistant PVC-U material, achieving rapid full opening/closing through a 90° rotation. The valve body is a black circular butterfly disc with a moderately long red lever for low rotational torque. Both sides of the valve body feature standard flange faces with evenly distributed bolt holes for easy connection to PVC, PE, cast iron, and flange fittings. The valve plate (butterfly plate) is a black disc with edges wrapped in high-elasticity EPDM to ensure leak-free operation when closed.

Quick On/Off: Full on/off is achieved with a simple 90° rotation of the handle, requiring minimal operating torque and suitable for frequent switching applications.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance: PVC body + EPDM sealing ring, resistant to acids, alkalis, seawater, fertilizer solutions, and chlorinated water; ideal for coastal areas and fertilizer irrigation.
Two-Way Sealing: Double-sided sealing on the disc allows for bidirectional media cutoff, with no restrictions on installation direction.
