6mm Mist Nozzle

This 6mm mist nozzle belongs to the Low Pressure Push Fit Mist nozzle, which is an economical nozzle designed for outdoor cooling, dust removal, and humidification systems. It adopts a push fit connection method, which is easy to quickly install into plastic Tee type accessories and can achieve a sealed connection without the need for additional tools. The nozzle is driven by a low-pressure water pump to atomize water into small droplets for generating cooling mist effect. This product is suitable for household, commercial, and industrial scenarios.

1.Quick Installation

The bottom adopts a 6mm/8mm push lock interface, which can be directly pushed into the plastic tee without the need for wrenches, glue, or raw tape.

2.Anti drip function

Built in spring and rubber, it immediately shuts off after stopping the pump to prevent residual water droplets from dripping. It does not wet the ground, tables, chairs, and floors, and is an essential function for outdoor restaurants and balconies.

3.Ultra fine misting+ cooling

The working pressure is 4-50 bar, which can generate extremely fine mist particles that evaporate instantly when exposed to air.

4.Compatible with low to medium high voltage systems

It can start at 4 bar and still work normally at 50 bar. One nozzle covers all scenarios from household pumps to commercial high-pressure pumps.

Cutting pipelines:

Use a pipe cutter to cut out the PE pipe

 

Insert nozzle:

Align the bottom of the 6mm mist nozzle with the Tee pneumatic fittings and push it in directly. The internal buckle design can fix the nozzle

 

Connect Tee type pneumatic fittings:

Insert both ends of the Tee pneumatic fittings into the PE pipe
