Product Details
The low pressure water mist nozzle adopts an integrated brass turning process, with a golden yellow or silver white appearance (nickel plated version). The front end of the nozzle is embedded with a stainless steel aperture piece (SS orifice), with a very high aperture finish. The spray hole is centered and free of burrs, ensuring perfect symmetry of the fog shape.
Core Material Description
Main material: high-quality brass or brass with nickel plating
Brass has fast thermal conductivity and strong corrosion resistance. The nickel plated surface further enhances oxidation resistance and durability, resulting in a brighter appearance that can be maintained as new for a long time.
Orifice Material: Stainless Steel
Stainless steel orifice plates using laser drilling and precision stamping technology have high hardness, wear resistance, rust resistance, and excellent misting stability.

Installation
Only 3 simple steps are needed to quickly install a nozzle! We adopt a combination of internationally recognized 6.35mm (1/4 inch) PE pipe, quick insert T-shaped tee, and low pressure water mist nozzle.
Step 1: Cut the tube and insert the tee
Use scissors or pipe cutters to cut the PE pipe neatly to the required length (the cut should be flat).
Directly push the cut PE pipe vertically into the two straight ports of the quick insert T-shaped tee
The side port of the three-way valve is reserved for use with the nozzle.
Step 2: Screw in the nozzle
Align the bottom thread of the nozzle with the side opening of the three-way valve and tighten it clockwise by hand
The bottom of the nozzle is equipped with an O-ring to prevent leakage, and there is no water leakage after installation.
Step 3: Check and water test
After all nozzles are installed, turn on the water pump and observe if each nozzle is fogging properly.
