Our 10 inch plastic valve box is a cylindrical valve protection box made of high-strength engineering plastic in one piece, featuring a black body and a green non-slip cover. Specifically designed to protect large-diameter quick-coupled valves, ball valves, gate valves, solenoid valves, or water distribution tees, it can withstand pedestrian traffic, light vehicle pressure, and long-term outdoor conditions, preventing mud, debris, and rainwater from entering the valve. It also provides ample operating space for easy maintenance and quick water intake, making it an ideal ground protection device for medium to large-scale landscaping and irrigation systems.
Installation
Dig a pit: Dig a circular pit approximately 30-35cm deep above the valve/tee, with a diameter slightly larger than 343mm at the bottom.
Place the valve box: Place it over the valve, ensuring the operating port is aligned with the valve stem or water intake position; fill the surrounding area with gravel for drainage.
Secure: Optionally, pour concrete to secure the perimeter, with the cover protruding 5-10cm above the ground.
Use: Lift the green cover, insert the water intake rod or adjust the valve; tighten the cover after use.
