Water Solenoid Valve For Irrigation

The water solenoid valve for irrigation is constructed from reinforced nylon, offering UV resistance, corrosion resistance, and fertilizer resistance. This solenoid valve is suitable for recycled water or irrigation sources containing trace amounts of fertilizer. This normally closed solenoid valve can be controlled by mainstream irrigation controllers to enable automatic timed watering. Its latching version is particularly suitable for solar-powered, battery-powered, or low-power scenarios, requiring only a brief pulse to switch states.

AC24V / AC110V / AC220V: Compatible with regional power grids and controllers for strong adaptability.

DC 9V/12V/24V: Suitable for battery, solar, or low-voltage DC systems.

DC Latching: Magnetic hold technology automatically locks after pulse power supply (tens of milliseconds), eliminating the need for continuous current and achieving near-zero standby power consumption for exceptional energy savings.

Closed (No Power): The coil is not conducting, the pilot orifice is closed → the upper chamber is filled with high-pressure water → the diaphragm presses tightly against the valve seat → water flow is blocked.

Open (Powered): The controller sends a signal → the coil generates a magnetic field → the plunger rises → the pilot orifice opens → water drains from the upper chamber → the water pressure in the lower chamber pushes the diaphragm upward → the main valve seat opens → water flows freely.

Latching Type: Short pulses reverse magnetic polarity to lock valve position, eliminating continuous power supply and achieving energy-saving benefits.
